We accept a limited number of deposits on current and upcoming litters to ensure that all families with deposits have the opportunity to pick their puppy.

The adoption process begins with you contacting us either by phone/text, FB messaging or email. Please let us know the size, gender, coat and temperament you are looking for in your Labradoodle. Please let us know if you or anyone in your immediate family has diagnosed dog allergies.

If we have the puppy, older puppy or adult Labradoodle you are looking for, you may place a deposit on your puppy via Venmo, Square Credit Card processing, in-person cash or check. Please refer to the Deposit and Registration Form. See form for details on deposit and purchase, located HERE.

Puppies must be paid in full by 8 weeks of age or at the time of purchase if older than 8 weeks of age. Any shipping/delivery, training and extended stay charges are due before the dog goes home. We do allow puppies to stay with us longer than 8 weeks of age, if it is more convenient for the family due to travel plans, timing, young children, etc.

We do continue training, vaccinations, deworming and housebreaking until the puppy goes home, and we will keep a purchased puppy for up to 2 weeks at no additional charge. There is a $25 per day extended stay charge for any puppies staying longer than 2 weeks after they have been released to go home.

Adults and older puppies must be paid in full prior to going to their new homes. This includes any shipping/delivery, training and extended stay charges they may have incurred during their stay with us.

Dog & Puppy Shipping Solutions

Lauderdoodles strongly suggests that you come in person to pick up your puppy, but we understand that is not always possible depending on circumstance. In an effort to accommodate potential families, we offer personalized driving delivery to meet, see below for detail. For longer distances, we suggest using suggested commercial airlines either as carry-on in cabin pet or cargo services, see below. A Lauderdoodles associate will assist with the carry-on arrangements and will be responsible for cargo reservations.

• Driving delivery is up to 5 hours drive time from Wauseon, OH to meeting location at $35/hr round-trip per map app.
• Client carry-on pet in cabin, meeting at DTW is NO CHARGE.
• Lauderdoodles delivery carry-on in cabin pet. Client responsible for $200 base fee PLUS round trip ticket cost and in-cabin pet fee, to be paid once reservation is confirmed.
• Cargo shipping is via American or Alaska airlines, preferably non-stop flights only. Client is responsible for the base fee which includes the required vet health certificate, shipping crate, fees/expense for taking dog to DTW and minimum airline cargo fees. Additional cost depends on combined weight and dimensions of crate.
• Puppies are eligible for delivery or shipment within 48 hours of Lauderdoodles receiving a cleared payment for the full balance.

Basic Delivery

• Dog or Puppy delivered personally by vehicle to desired location
• All supplies provided; Personal care of your dog/puppy; Timely arrivals
• Minimum 2 hour Roundtrip/ Max 10 hour Roundtrip
• $35/hr roundtrip

Client carry-on, in-cabin

• NO CHARGE to meet you at DTW with your puppy for you to take home. Get those mileage points.
• Client is responsible for making reservations and adding in-cabin pet to their reservations.
• Age and size restrictions apply
• Client must provide size appropriate, airline approved soft-sided carrier OR they may “borrow” or purchase an appropriate carrier from Lauderdoodles.
• Lauderdoodles can supply all necessary supplies for a smooth and successful flight home with your puppy.

Basic Air Cargo *Weather restrictions apply*

• Dog/Puppy will be shipped via Alaska or American Airlines to desired destination
• All flight reservations are handled and initiate from Detroit MI (DTW)
• Client can pick up Dog/Puppy at designated location at final destination airport with proper identification
• Shipping crate included
• $650 Base fee (Additional charges may be added for size or quantity)

Personal Air Delivery *Puppies Only*

• Puppy will be taken personally, as carry-on in-cabin to desired airport (Originating from Detroit MI, DTW)
• Size and destination restrictions apply
• $200 Plus Cost (Cost: Single day roundtrip airfare, Pet carry-on fee, appropriate size carrying crate)
